- 1. When you place an order with us, we specially customize and create your order for you. Hence, once the order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or refund.
- 2. Should you receive the garment with any defect, we can make arrangements to fix the product for you. Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- 3. In case of any return or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- 4. In special cases of cancelled orders, a refund will not be offered to the client. Instead, the client will have store credit to avail during the next purchase.
